Defining the Brand
To kick off the process we played a game known as the “Brand Deck,” designed to help us figure out what the brand actually was in a tangible way. The game worked by having players sort through a list of adjectives, putting them into two categories of “You are” or “You are not.” The goal being at the end you have a concise list of words to use as a starting point for to define the brand.
Understand the Audience
Talking with the different departments, we discussed what kind of people interact with our brand. We identified them to be: current and potential investors, enterprise brands who stream, content creators varying from large to small who also stream.
